Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• Unworn and unused.
• In their original condition.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is faulty.

Made-to-Order & Customised Products

As many Morgan Sportswear products are made to order or customised, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Please ensure all sizing, colours, names, logos, and other customisation details are correct before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Where possible, include photographs of the issue along with your order number.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• A replacement.
• A repair (where appropriate).
• A full refund.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for standard, non-customised items that meet our return conditions and are subject to stock availability.

Customised or made-to-order products cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Morgan Sportswear. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
